Maybe Ramsay should have worded her invitation to a 30-day yoga challenge this way: how would you like to feel stronger, and more focused, and more energized, and more organized, and more balanced and more beautiful (had to add that) during the chronically stressful month of December? I would have laughed really loud and said, “What are you talking about?” Nobody can feel that good with both body and mind caught in the holiday noose, with sniffling colds menacing the airwaves, with Santa-happy kids picking up steam and shopping days running out. Well, today in class, I came to the conclusion that it can be that good. Strength. Focus. Energy. Balance. (Beauty is questionable.) Throw it all into one body, and that body is feeling fine.
