Sculpt is a popular high intensity, low impact workout. We offer it in a 90°F + room, except on Saturdays when the room is warm not hot. Expect to engage in a full body workout that targets core strength, glute strength, shoulder strength and cardiovascular endurance. Through repeated controlled movements, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your body and improve your overall physical fitness. Watch out, this class is addictive! Expect to use 3 or 5 pound hand weights, resistance bands, pilates balls and core sliders.

WARM Sculpt is the same as our HOT Sculpt class, just in an unheated room! Expect a high intensity, low impact workout in slightly warmed room. Expect to engage in a full body workout that targets core strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Through precise, controlled movements, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your body and improve your overall physical fitness. Even though the room is unheated, prepare to sweat!
