Sculpt is a popular high intensity, low impact workout. We offer it in a 90°F + room, except on Saturdays when the room is warm not hot. Expect to engage in a full body workout that targets core strength, glute strength, shoulder strength and cardiovascular endurance. Through repeated controlled movements, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your body and improve your overall physical fitness. Watch out, this class is addictive! Expect to use 5 or 8 pound hand weights, resistance bands, pilates balls and core sliders.
