A Deep Dive Into Your Yoga Practice

First session - Sunday, November 22, 2:30-4:30pm

The Deep Dive is back! Join us for select Sunday afternoons where we will

dive deep into the modern asana yoga practice. With an appreciation for the classical poses, we will focus on exploring modern variations to discuss and feel their different benefits. We believe that cultivating movement literacy is crucial, developing an understanding of why we practice certain variations of poses based on our individual anatomy. How we move matters. Equally important is understanding “the why” behind “the how”. This is crucial to maximizing the benefits and increasing the longevity of your practice.

Drop in for $45. Entire series $179.

In-studio and virtual with recording if you register.
