Ceremonial Breathwork with Evie O'Connor

Friday, October 24, 6-8pm, $75

Ceremonial Breathwork:  a space to travel beyond the mind and traverse the sacred terrain of your body, heart, spirit and soul. a two-hour candlelit journey that weaves together solar and lunar breath practices, an intentional soundscape, intuitively guided meditation, therapeutic touch + deep relaxation.

Together, these practices can facilitate a non-ordinary state of consciousness where emotions, memories and energies can be located and liberated in and through the body and and breath. Conceptual understanding is an essential part of our process as humans, but we cannot get where we want to go with the mind alone-- we also must feel, presence, sense, allow, embody and express. The journey is both up and down: a descent into our humanity and an ascent into our divinity.

Ceremonial Breathwork can supplement, illuminate and deepen your path in yoga, meditation, therapy or coaching, it can also support the integration psychedelic or other peak states, re-parent your inner child, activate your intuitive mind and ultimately, is a space to feel and welcome the full spectrum of your humanity and divinity in whatever form they emerge in the space. No experience needed. Come as you are. Remember all you can be.

Space is very limited to 11 students. Register early to secure your space.

About Evie: the archetypes I resonate most with are teacher and writer; both of which require a requisite commitment of being a forever student. in all of my work, i orient to love as the true alchemist and ultimate refuge. I received my masters in clinical mental health from Naropa University in contemplative psychotherapy and buddhist psychology in 2021. I completed my initial yoga teacher training at Yandara yoga institute in 2013 and have been teaching yoga, intuitive movement and meditation ever since. my work and studies are in devotion to supporting people through the sacred terrain of this life: embodiment, spiritual emergence, addiction, anxiety, alchemy, communication, grief, depression and trauma with its many forms and faces.

I am honored to continue to serve at the altar of love, to walk alongside people through the portals of their pain to the space and grace on the other side.

I am equally devoted to offering my own healing work as I am to mentoring and training others on the ancient path of service so that the medicine we carried into this lifetime can be shared in an integrated, ethical and effective way.

Asana Evolution: A Deep Dive into Your Yoga Practice

Once monthly SUNDAYS 2:30-4:30pm with Ramsay & Liz

In this six-month series, we will dive deep into different practices and teaching techniques. With a deep appreciation for the classical poses, we will focus on exploring modern variations to discuss and feel their different benefits. As teachers, we believe that cultivating movement literacy is crucial, developing an understanding of why we practice certain variations of poses based on our individual anatomy.

How we move matters. Equally important as teachers and serious students is understanding “the why” behind “the how”. This is crucial to maximizing the benefits and increasing the longevity of your practice

Class format will be 90-minute practice followed by 30-minute discussion. These classes will be offered virtually.
